Development of pulsed field nuclear magnetic resonance
The LNCMP has recently observed nuclear magnetic resonance using its pulsed magnetic field installation. This opens the possibility to do NMR up to 60 Tesla. To develop this experiment into a spectrometer for applications in solid stated NMR, a 2 year postdoc position is available, starting 1/1/2009. The candidate should have experience in NMR or related RF techniques and have a working knowledge of solid state physics.
